The villa is fully air conditioned and every room has a ceiling fan fitted. The living area is open plan. The lounge has three comfortable sofas so sit back and watch the massive Premium Channel TV or play a DVD. The lounge faces west so you can watch the Florida sun sets and you can even see the Disney Fireworks.

There is free Wireless Internet access, so bring your lap top and you can sit anywhere in the villa to contact with the outside world.

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and overlooks the pool proving an ideal setting for more formal dining. Or for more casual eating sit at the breakfast bar or outside under the lanai.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance, utensil, crockery, glassware and there is a washer, a dryer and spare linen.

We also provide a BBQ free of charge underneath one of the palm trees to grill for Al fresco dining.

There is a fully equipped games room with a full size pool table, fuss ball, two bikes, plus many toys for the pool.

Orange Grove Villa is situated in a cul de sac, a single road so it is safe for children to ride their bikes and simply play.
