Villa Florida

Me & Florida

You've probably heard about Orlando’s theme parks and the golden beaches of Florida both provide for a great vacation; whether to hit the parks to meet Mickey, Shamu and Bart Simpson and then have to split your time to relax,  in your own pool, play golf, so much to do and so little time!

I first visited Florida in 1995 and had so many fabulous vacations initially as grown ups and then the kids came along so we had another excuse to visit all the parks all over again!! We always found ourselves talking about " when we come next year".......... and I’ve been back every year since!

So in 2005 I decided to buy a villa in a superb quiet and safe location. I know how important it was for visitors to get to all the attractions quickly, and have restaurants and convenience stores close by. I also knew about the plans to develop the local area, a major new shopping mall within one mile, a variety of new restaurants, and road improvements, vital for our guests to maximize their time.

I also new what guests want when on vacation, formal or informal dining, space when sharing the same villa with a totally secluded pool that was not overlooked by neighbours, golfers or other tourists. So I fell in love with the design of our villa. Solitude and Privacy after a hard day out in the Florida sunshine. Every year I add something that our guests would want, a BBQ, wireless internet, a games room. Everything I want when I stay so that we can enjoy the break.

I still do the tourist bit but have found a lot more that Florida can offer,  often go trekking, canoeing and in some ways the family has gone native. So I am  able to help you if this is your first time to Florida or a frequent visitor. I have a wealth of experience and keep up to date with all the frantic developments. Florida is a big place, top to bottom and I have only scratched the surface in 15 years.

I truly love the family Florida experience and I aim to help you so please contact me if you have any questions or want to know “what not to do” and “what to enjoy”

So long for know, Kerry,
